This comfortable traditional hotel offers our guests – many of whom return year after year - great value with its dedicated staff, fabulous location, recent refurbishment to many bedrooms and exciting new children’s innovations.

There has been added a Children’s Games Room with a range of indoor games and toys plus a TV/DVD player, to give unaccompanied children their own place, just beyond the bar and lounge. It will be open during a set period in the late afternoon and early evening and a staff member will supervise the room and its equipment, but will not be there to ‘baby sit’ the children.

Also new this year is a choice of menu for children at high tea, served at 5.30pm. Just as parents are asked to select their evening’s choices at breakfast time, children will be offered alternatives including home-made healthy options as well as standard children’s favourites
