What a great resort. I went there In Jan2007 and had a great time (proposed to my lady whilst I was there too). I bought the GrandValira Liftpass which allowed me to go to all of the slopes and I got free use of the Bus between each. The slopes were just right for my partner and I who are intermediate skiers. There were also some "Interesting runs" for those who like more of a challenge. Worldski arranged my Skihire and I had a choice of 2 skiset shops, both or which are right nect to the slopes (one of which you can ski straight out onto the slope!). the guys were really great and let me keep changing my boots until I got some that fit just right. If your planning on doing some shopping then save your cash for a trip out to Andorra La Vella as there are hundreds of shops with some great gear (there are also good shops in town too). For anyone who doesnt know, this is a tax free haven, so the beer is cheap and the bartenders are seemingly wreckless with the gin measures for the G&T's. If you go, pay a visit to Caldea in Andorra La Vella, Its a great Spa center with out door Jacuzzis in the snow, hotpools cold pools etc. Would recommend to skiers of all abilities.
