At the foot of Whistler, the Garibaldi Lift Company (GLC’s) with its cavernous chairs and cheap cocktails makes after-ski beers a certainty. In the evening, the Dubh Linn Gate has Guinness on tap and live Irish folk music. If you want more you can head for Maax Fish, frequented by boarder and free riders, then The Savage Beagle, which bangs out club tunes until 3am. For a fine cigar and a decent malt whisky, Chateau Whistler has a wide-selection.
